Based in the quiet southeast United States just northeast of Knoxville, Tennessee, Custom Software Design Group was founded in 1992 by Tim and Amy Francis, and services clients from around the world.

Together they manage the overall business, including sales and finance groups as well as projects and developers. Combined, the two offer over 40 years of experience in custom software development, data warehousing, data mining, business process automation, and custom business/web application development.

Development which progresses rapidly advances the timeline while slower development does not usually significantly reduce progress. Your business analyst will maintain contact with you during the development process for updates and confirmation and does more than just monitor progress - he or she also works with you to specifically define the project, ensures the details are clear, and documents all aspects of the work to provide your technical staff the information they need so as to provide adequate support.  In addition, they are skilled project managers with a background in quality assurance.

Quality Assurance

Our comprehensive quality assurance process includes extensive scripted tests, repeated unit testing, modular release cycles and overall testing of the final beta application once ready. Our QA personnel are painstakingly diligent in ensuring your application is thoroughly tested prior to release.

Communication

All team members are encouraged to maintain contact with each other during the development process, with team leads maintaining contact with our clients. This communication ensures that development remains on track and any issues that may develop are promptly addressed.
